We manufacture and sell our product worldwide. Over a million units sold. As we try to automate and become more efficient, the larger outlets for my products are burdening us with EDI. It is not only a manpower issue., but also it directly impacts profitability. 4 webforms per transaction and some webforms have us delivering to over 100 locations. WOW, even more cost. My items are small and all can be shipped UPS. Even If I choose to ship to a central distribution hub. Unfortunately that is not an option with the "BOX stores" They require that we ship to each store location. Any Advice? EDI is medicine that the Box stores require me to take.
