Tracy:

we cannot agree more. we are a provider of SaaS based EDI for the automotive aftermarket. we focus on process, process, process. The most disturbing trend is the outsourcing of EDI at the expense of domain and busienss experience. Some very large companies are being forced to re-think this decision as this short term cost cutting has come back to haunt them. In the end, EDI is the tool within the process to create the business value in the supply chain. Kudos on your comments - Steven Smith
