After our last newsletter, I received a comment from reader Michael Nieves, wondering if there were a LinkedIN group for ec-bp.org. The short answer is that there was not, but there is now. For those of you already members of LinkedIN , the conept is simple. Just log in to your LinkedIN account, and search the Groups for "ec-bp". Once you find the group, simply click the link "Join this group". If you are not already a LinkedIN member, sign up for the free membership, once you're on the site. What's the point? LinkedIN is a social network for professionals. This is different from social networks like FaceBook and others that are purely social/entertainment in nature. Interaction within the site ranges from asking questions of fellow members, to job hunting, and recommendations about your work. I recommend that you take a few moments, and join the ec-bp.org group on LinkedIN. You may never know who else shares your profession. Scott | |
